L'Interpretation Collection Privée Blanc
Label: Quick Silver, an original painting from the Cœur Libre series by Laurel Holloman.
Grape Variety: Grenache blanc 70%, Roussanne 20% and Clairette 10% - AOP Languedoc (Protected Geographical Indication).
Viticulture: The grapes are harvested from 25-30 year-old vines, cultivated to yield 50 Hl/hectare. The soil is limestone clay facing the south-west.
Harvesting: Carried out in mid-September before sunrise to conserve the aroma.
Vinification and Maturing: The grapes are detached from their stalks. Cold pre-fermentation under a neutral atmosphere is conducted for 6-10 hours. Pressing is followed by a 48-hour cold period prior to racking. Fermentation is also effected at a low temperature to ensure the best expression of aromatic potential. Maturing lasts 6 months carried out on fine lees in barrels made from high quality French oak.
L’Interprétation Collection Privée Blanc has a shiny, pale yellow color with green highlights. The nose is attractively complex and intense identifying white flowers, vanilla and cinnamon. In the mouth it is elegant, supple and well-rounded. Being matured on wood reinforces its richness and volume. The finale is fresh with good length.
Service and Cellaring: Serve at between 14 and 16°C. We recommend drinking it now and within the next two years.
Technical: Alcohol: 13%
